The Cross Keys Hotel has a lounge bar and 3 function rooms ideal for conferences, meetings and family events and celebrations; the Ballroom, the Dickson Room, and the Oak Room. We offer a delicious range of food and beverage packages that can be customised to suit your tastes and budget.

The Ballroom

  • Located on the first floor, fully air-conditioned
  • Staging and PA system
  • Dance floor and private bar
  • Can be used as 3 separate delegate rooms
  • Theatre style: up to 280 persons
  • Boardroom style: up to 60 persons
  • Cabaret style: up to 180 persons

The recently refurbished Ballroom is ideal for larger functions with a capacity to cater for weddings and functions up to 280 people. The Ballroom has the versatility to be halved in size via a sliding wall for smaller functions.


The Dickson Room

  • Located on the ground floor
  • Fully air-conditioned
  • Adjacent to lounge useful for breakout sessions
  • Easy access from car parks
  • Projector & screen available
  • Theatre style: up to 50 persons
  • Boardroom style: up to 30 persons
  • Cabaret style: up to 36 persons

The Dickson Room is ideal for meetings, training seminars, private dining and smaller wedding ceremonies. This quiet and private room is located on the ground floor so is ideal for wheelchair access.


The Oak Room

  • Located on the ground floor
  • Private bar and dance floor
  • Adjacent to lounge useful for breakout sessions
  • Easy access from car parks
  • Projector & screen available
  • Theatre style: up to 40 persons
  • Boardroom style: up to 20 persons
  • Cabaret style: up to 30 persons

The Oak Room is open from 10:00am Monday - Saturday and is ideal for morning tea or coffee and light bites with a choice of delicious sweet treats and cakes. A great place to meet friends, family or colleagues for a relaxing lunch or early supper, or simply to catch up over coffee and cake. The Oak Room is open to residents and non-residents. It can be found to the left of Reception as you enter the hotel, or accessed from the exterior door at the front of the hotel to the left of the building.
